Anglers on Wheels The Angler on Wheels is an annual event, put on by the Door in the Wall Foundation. Every year the events provides fisherman with disabilities go out and fish. The event is held here in Port Aransas, aboard the Island Queen II, that is completely wheelchair accessible. The Port Aransas EMS provides medical services, on all fishing trips for the event. Blood Pressure Checks Port Aransas EMS offers free blood pressure checks at the Community Presbyterian Church at 113 S. Alister.
