If you have a reservation and know your slip assignment, you may use the drop box in the office door to make your payment. Please include your name, address, phone number, and boat name or number.
Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We will be closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch. We are open 7 days a week.
There will be no refunds on short term rentals.
For a $10.00 deposit a key will be provided to the private showers and restrooms. For deposit refund, the key must be returned in person within 30 days.

A late charge of 25% of monthly rent due will be charged for each month that rent is not paid. (Charge reverts to monthly fee plus 25% late charge).
All annual lease and monthly slip rentals include water and a $10.00 electricity charge. Electricity use will be metered when electrical appliances are used. Metered electricity will be billed monthly based on the City's cost for electricity plus 25% to defray cost of installation, operations, and maintenance of electrical supply system.
