High Intensity Interval Training is offered by Parks and Recreation at 6:30am on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.
Beginner-Moderate Interval Training, a less intense workout is held Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:15pm.
Both are with Personal Trainer Karen Decker, for men & women in any physical shape with certified trainer Karen Decker at 361-800-1759. $3 drop in class or $30 for 15 classes. Check [make out to COPA] or cash.
Classes are held upstairs in the 2nd floor foyer of Port Aransas High School, 100 S. Station St.
