Put on your dancing shoes for the next Dance Night. Dance, learn a step, teach a step, socialize, watch, get some exercise and have refreshments. Couples and singles welcome. Everyone can enjoy learning some new dance moves including line dances, 80s dances and more. The schedule changes with whoever shows up so everyone can find something they like.

Fridays at 3pm. The Mission-Aransas Reserve in collaboration with the City of Port Aransas Parks & Recreation Department offer 1-hour, 2-mile nature walks in the Nature Preserve at Charlie?s Pasture at the end of Port Street. It is a great way to see beautiful Port A flora & fauna during winter. Docent Judy Perkins will lead the walks starting in December and continue through the March 24. Meet at the pavilion in the Preserve.
High Intensity Interval Training is offered by Parks and Recreation at 6:30am on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.
Beginner-Moderate Interval Training, a less intense workout is held Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:15pm.
Both are with Personal Trainer Karen Decker, for men & women in any physical shape with certified trainer Karen Decker at 361-903-0901. $3 drop in class or $30 for 15 classes. Check [make out to COPA] or cash.
Classes are held upstairs in the 2nd floor foyer of Port Aransas High School, 100 S. Station St.
